  • Request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
  • Have NOT used any credits from the purchased plan

Non-Refundable

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Any credits have been used from the purchased balance
  • Refund request made after 24 hours
  • Refund requests without proper verification

How to Request a Refund

  • 1.Your account registration email
  • 2.Payment confirmation number or order ID

Important Notes

  • No partial refunds for unused credits
  • Digital credits cannot be transferred or exchanged
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions
