- •Have NOT used any credits from the purchased plan
Non-Refundable
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- •Any credits have been used from the purchased balance
- •Refund request made after 24 hours
- •Refund requests without proper verification
How to Request a Refund

- 1.Your account registration email
- 2.Payment confirmation number or order ID
Important Notes
- •No partial refunds for unused credits
- •Digital credits cannot be transferred or exchanged
- •Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions
